We adhere to the following policies as per the rulings of the Shari'ah regarding online sales:
1. The offer is made by the customer when they submit the order, and the acceptance is done by Sacred Living Studio when the order is dispatched. Any confirmation email received by the customer after placing is order is just to inform them that the offer has been received and does not serve as its acceptance.
Once the item is received by the courier company, which serves as a paid agent of the customer, its liability no longer rests with the Sacred Living.
2. Minor imperfections in hand-crafted items are considered normal and acceptable, and will not be considered valid reasons to return the items.
